Stan Lee requests restraining order against business managerJune 14, 2018 2:01pm

June 13--Comic book legend Stan Lee is seeking a restraining order against his longtime business manager Keya Morgan, who was arrested this week for allegedly submitting a false police report.

Lee, 95, filed his request for the stay-away order against Morgan in a Los Angeles court and listed the case type as "Elder/Dependent Adult Abuse Prevention," TMZ reported.

Morgan, 42, was arrested Monday in Los Angeles, with The Hollywood Reporter suggesting the arrest could have something to do with reports that Lee was recently confronted by two gunmen in a home robbery.

Police have not publicly disclosed the details of the alleged false filing, while Morgan has refuted the allegations against him.

"I was only there for a few hours talking to them and I did not make a false call." Morgan told the Daily News this week. "That will be proven with the 911 call."

The restraining order request comes days after Lee -- the Marvel icon who co-created Spider-Man, Black Panther, Hulk and many other characters -- said Morgan was the only person who represents him.

"Anybody else who claims to be my rep is just making that story up," Lee said in a video shared to social media.

"So I just want to put it on the record. I want you to know: If you want me, call me! If you can't get me, call Keya Morgan. The two of us work together and are conquering the world side-by-side."

Morgan, who was released on $20,000 bail after the arrest this week, is scheduled to appear in court on July 2.

Lee has filed multiple lawsuits this year, including one in April accusing Jerardo Olivarez, a former business manager, of stealing his money and blood. Then last month, Lee hit his former company POW! Entertainment with a $1 billion fraud lawsuit for allegedly attempting to steal his name, likeness and identity.
